I am committed to providing my patients with evidence-based, patient-centred care tailored to
each individual. My treatment plans combine both active and passive techniques to address pain
and promote healing. As a former high-level athlete, I understand firsthand the importance of
active care in injury prevention. My education and personal experience have shaped my belief
that everyone can benefit from taking an active role in managing their health and living as pain-
free as possible.
Originally from Newfoundland and Labrador, I attended Trent University where I worked
towards my Bachelor of Science in Biology, with a specialization in Health Sciences. At Trent, I
played in the Ontario University Athletics for the Men’s Volleyball Team. After completing my
third year at Trent, I continued my education at Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College,
obtaining a Doctor of Chiropractic degree. My involvement with high-level sports, coupled with
my experiences at Trent and education at CMCC, has equipped me with the unique tools to treat
the public and athletes through rehabilitation and education.
I welcome patients from all walks of life and of all ages and, through a patient centred and
evidence-based approach, I will develop a customized treatment plan that addresses your specific
needs.
When I’m not in the clinic, I enjoy staying active through a variety of sports, with a special
passion for disc golf. I also enjoy playing games and working out at the gym!

I completed my Master’s of Physiotherapy at McMaster University in 2020, following an Honours Bachelor of Science from the same institution in 2017. Prior to becoming a physiotherapist, I worked as a personal trainer, helping clients achieve their fitness goals. A lifelong athlete himself, I was inspired to pursue physiotherapy after a meaningful experience with a therapist during my youth—an encounter that now fuels my passion for helping others regain the joy of movement.
I take a holistic and personalized approach to care, integrating patient education, manual therapy, and corrective exercise into each treatment plan. I am also certified in dry needling, which I use as an adjunct therapy to support pain relief, improve mobility, and restore strength. My clinical experience spans a diverse population, including children, elite athletes, and older adults.
My primary goal is to help my patients return to the activities they love—whether that’s competitive sport or everyday functional tasks. I believe in not only achieving results but also creating a positive and uplifting atmosphere during the recovery process. Outside of the clinic, I enjoy weightlifting, playing volleyball, and exploring the city’s food scene.
