Originally from Newfoundland and Labrador, I attended Trent University where I worked

For years she witnessed family members experiencing a large variety of sports injuries, including rare conditions. This sparked her interest, so she decided to pursue her undergraduate in Athletic Therapy at Sheridan College, where she received a Bachelor of Applied Science.
She has worked with a variety of sports teams, treating many different injuries along the way.
